How much space do I need for a Profile® Rack?
Our patented wall-mounted racks are designed for space efficiency. You typically need a ceiling height of at least 89 inches for our standard racks, and they only protrude 4 inches from the wall when folded.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time varies by location but generally takes an additional 3-7 business days.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our products are designed for DIY assembly with clear instructions, we partner with third-party assembly services in select areas. Contact our support team to see if installation is available in your zip code.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes, we take great pride in manufacturing our signature Profile® Racks and many of our accessories right here in Fargo, North Dakota, using high-quality American steel.
Do you offer financing options?
